Long waits. Feel like I'm bothering them. Waitress brings coffee, 15 min later water. Makes no eye contact. Service here depends on the waitress you get.
I completely agree with the other reviewer above, but at the same time I have to make a point. IHOP is not a traditional fast-food restaurant, so a little wait time is expected, if you go during peak hours. The first time I visited the store, it was during peak hours, about 12:30 And it took me approx. 20 minutes to be seated but the food was hot and fresh, so the wait was worth it. Never went back during peak, always got seated quickly and served with a smile. Hope this helps.
IHOP is a great restaurant for a family that likes a variety of foods. I always order an omelette and have yet to be disappointed in the food or the service. The IHOP that is near me is always clean and the service is great! New manger. Great team.!
