Manager and Staff were all very happy and upbeat. They handled the busy crowd with ease and the food was good.

Came in for Mother’s Day although it was crowded the manager took over and made it run smooth and amazing and moved everyone along which made the wait way less time,Kimberly our sever was very on point and friendly

Our server, Della is so nice. She knows what we like and goes out of her way to make sure that our order goes in and comes out in a timely manner, as I am on my way to work when we come in. She has a great personality and makes us feel more than welcome every time we come in.

Very nice greeting when I came in! My server, Jakiea, is cute as a button and very sweet. The restaurant did not smell like a dirty mop, and the food was great!

They need better customer service! They don’t make eye contact, don’t greet you, ignore you, your better off going to another location. You can seat yourself because waiting on them would take at least 10 mins and the place was empty. They just act like they didn’t want to be at work, not my problem but do better IHOP! Would give you zero stars if I could!

I ordered food for my son. Tried to preorder the sirloin tips but they don't take those type orders over the phone. So unfortunately I had to go in and order and wait.

Staff courteous and ready to help. Flexible in finding seats for you - especially if available seats are favored. Flexible menu is also available to suit individual taste. I like the prices as well and the taste is well suited for foreigners. I think i'll go back.

Well, there is a 50/50 chance of getting a good meal here. As far as waitresses go😬if you ask for Meghan, you got a shot at a good meal, good conversation and/or advice on the area. She's got the answers!

IHOP always seems to be fresh off the grill. As a driver I must sometimes wait a few minutes; however, I seem to get good tips.

I was ignored while waiting to be seated. They even ask the people behind me how many people they had in their party before they asked me. The gentleman had to tell them that I was first. I ordered the Strawberry Banana pancakes and they looked so sad. Bad customer service and low quality control.

The overnight staff was amazing. They were super accommodating and nothing but professional. The waitresses we encountered both nights were kind and even gave us advice for our trip. The food came out hot and fast. I had the corned beef and fried fish over two night, both were perfectly cook and provided more than enough for left overs the next day.

Dee is an awesome server. Very attentive and polite! Keep up the awesomeness😊

I come to this IHOP a lot and it's usually pretty decent, but tonight I had an awesome experience. Best ihop experience ever. I cant remember our servers name, but he was super thoughtful and attentive. Around 11:30pm on the 23rd

This place is awful. Cleanliness or food safety standards are not met. I ordered a crepe combo and got to eat eggs only. The hash browns were raw, crunchy, and cold (ordered well done). The butter for the swedish crepes was rancid. I watched my son eat while I waited for the waitress to check on us (20 minutes). Recieved warm hash browns and more rancid cold crepes. The waitress tried to argue that it was fine. I am now nauseous and paid $9 for eggs and hash browns. She wouldn't even get the manager. We will never return.

Disgusting place with horrible service. With 5&7 year olds waiting for flight... told 15 min wait. Sat in front of podium and name never called for 30 min. When asked, Christine rudely says she called us... never happened. Then, when we asked if we could get fresh bananas rather than the blackened rotten ones they served (shown below with NO syrup), the manager Manny tried to Mansplain to us how they are just fine, just ripe. Then took 15 min to bring check. Terrible management from both Manny and Christine. Choose another nearby spot with better food and service.... like Denny's.... or a convenience store.

They were a little shortstaffed when we visited over the holidays, but the staff kept their cool and remained upbeat. They worked hard to get everyone seated and served. Food was good and the restaurant was clean.

This is the second time we have came here. I am not sure if they think their gravy is made of gold but they give you like a tablespoon. Maybe they should think about giving more. The servers do a amazing job though.

Genieva was amazing. She was fast and very friendly. Food was very tasty and served fast. The chef Tim was outstanding. I look forward visiting again next time in West Palm

The waitress was very rude. She didn't want to be there (Christmas eve) it wasn't busy, but the food took forever to be served. I usually have a good experience here, but not today.

20 minutes waiting, no body in the restaurant horrible service. All staff look at and dont even acknowledge your standing there. The worst ever.

Fantastic food and awesome service with the best Hot Chocolate in town.

The place was empty but still waited 10 minutes to be seated and the manager pulled someone that came in behind me to seat first. Then she went right back to the kitchen without coming back to seat me. Waited another 5 minutes before I turned around and left, ended up going to a different location that had way better service.

Great service great staff will return soon they are under new management now and getting rid of anything and everything not up to the IHOP standard, i can tell you personally the new management is very serious and if there is a problem of any kind she will take care of it immediately

hostess sat party out of the wait order and gave them free beverages while they waited. there was several parties ahead my party included, mentioned/asked the manager for policy of calling ahead and they dont have one...told manager situation she did handle...it well by pulling her off hostess duty, got sat asap...and after 30 minutes after orders taken waitress asks was it white or wheat toast thinking orders soon up. food never came. I walked out of a restaurant for the first time in my life. was there for 1.5 hours and left no food...SO DONT GO THERE, CHOOSE A DIFFERENT LOCATION

The place is really nice... They offer sandwiches, burguers , pancakes, milkshakes.. When you see the menu you might think it's a plce only for breakfast but there is a thing... They open 24 hours!!! So, after a long day at work or you were too busy to catch any other restaurant, this is the right for you... It was for me!!! Enjoy!!!

Visited this IHOP this past Sunday. Food was good! But that did not make up for the fact that there were two unprofessional waitresses. Our waitress hardly acknowledged us, took 15 minutes just to bring ONE coffee mug, and another 15 minutes just to bring out my drink! Another waitress in glasses and striped button up was waiting the table next to us, talking for ages and even sitting down with the guests to continue talking, being an absolute nuisance. Employees truly lacked professionalism.

Perfect place for 24/7 eating. Loved my sirloin steak tips! Best food you can have at 1AM 😀

I hopped into the Twilight Zone here the other night. Sign said 'open 24 hours' on the outside, but aside from a group of uninviting zombie-looking folks at some of the tables, there appeared to be no one working here. Walked around and there was no server, no cashier, nothing. But when I walked out of the restaurant, I saw one of the zombies I had seen walking inside the store actually move and get out and serve somebody. We're they being selective on who they serve based on appearance? This was like Michael Jackson's Thriller video except the music stunk and you don't want to experience that scene ever again.

No wait line. Food was good. Waitress was excellent.

Only reason I didn't give 5 stars, it was so cold in there that my eggs were cold before I could finish. And I'm a fast eater.

Service was good. Our waitress was on time and attentive. Food came out quick. I had a cannoli combo. It wasn't that great, too much chocolate, not enough cream inside. Other than that, it was good.
